This Week: All Along the South Bank
The National Theatre. The London Eye. The London Aquarium. These are just three wonderful things to do that you'll find on or near the Southbank - that bit of the Thames from (roughly) the Millennium Bridge to the Hungerford Footbridge. But don't stop with those - there are many more things to do. I've picked out some of my favourites. What are yours?

A Rose By Any Other Name
Would be just as welcome to the flower lovers of the world - which is most people, I suppose. So, if you want to find a quick pressie, flowers are a good place to start - unless the object of your affection suffers from hayfever, I guess - in which case you might want to start thinking about chocolate instead. But assuming you've decided to go for the roses, here are a few places I've found that will get you more brownie points than that poor sad wee bunch of half dead daisies you found at the local petrol station.
Tea for Two
Tea. How very British. It's certainly what helps me get through my day, so I thought I'd share a few of my favourite tea emporia - places to buy it, places to indulge yourself with the ultimate in afternoon tea, and places to stop off for a quick cuppa along the way.

But I do like my chocolate to be worth the calories, if you follow. With that in mind, here are some chocolatiers who really know how to make chocolate worth your time on the exercise bike...
